* Requirements are as follows:
Current Certificate of Liability Insurance submitted with event date listed on face of Certificate.Completed form below. Release (hold harmless) forms will be required at every event, signed by participants listing the PBC Board of Commisioners and Jupiter Horsemen's Association, as well as your organization.
For more information and verification of date availability please call or email
1. An organization will complete the Facility Request Form (Park Permit Request below) and send it to JHA.
2. JHA will check the calendar and ensure that the use of the facility falls into the parameters of allowable permitting.
3. JHA will complete the Park Permit/Use form and mail/fax a copy to Alison Schram (Parks and Recreation) and the organization requesting a date.
4. JHA will add the event to the calendar.
5. Alison Schram will notify the Park Rangers of events.
*Side note from JHA: Please include an alternate date to the form in the event your main date is taken. All events on the calendar are subject to change and the calendar is scheduled on a first-come first serve basis.
